Endeleo is pre-launch. We're assembling a small, senior founding team to ship the pilot, close the pre-seed, and turn diaspora capital into productive infrastructure at scale. Every role below is a founding role.
Own the platform end-to-end alongside the founder. You've shipped fintech, brokerage, or capital-markets infrastructure and want to build the category leader for African infrastructure finance.
What you'll own
•Architect and lead engineering across the investor app, sponsor engine, and trustee reporting rails.
•Own security, KYC/AML integrations, and financial data integrity as the platform scales to first pilots.
•Recruit and lead the founding engineering team once the pre-seed closes.
•Represent the technical story to regulators, custodians, and institutional investors.
What we're looking for
•6–12+ years shipping production financial systems (brokerage, exchanges, fintech infrastructure).
•Fluency in modern TypeScript / React and comfort with regulated-data backends.
•Direct exposure to Nigerian, African, or emerging-market capital markets is a strong plus.
•Founder mindset — you can operate under ambiguity and own outcomes, not tickets.
Build and run the sponsor pipeline. You know how federal MDAs, state governments, and corporate developers structure infrastructure projects — and can turn that into a repeatable origination engine.
What you'll own
•Source and screen federal, state, and corporate infrastructure projects into the Endeleo pipeline.
•Own the diligence framework, sponsor scoring, and SPV/term-sheet workflow with counsel and trustees.
•Build relationships with credit-guarantee partners (InfraCredit / GuarantCo style) and DFIs.
•Represent Endeleo to sponsors and regulators as the origination face of the platform.
What we're looking for
•Background in Nigerian infrastructure finance, project finance, or PPP structuring (7+ years).
•Prior work at a DFI, infrastructure fund, trustee, or major law firm's project-finance practice.
•Comfort operating early — you'll write the playbook, not inherit one.
Own the diaspora growth engine. Turn Nigerians abroad who want to invest at home into activated, KYC-verified users — without burning cash on generic performance marketing.
What you'll own
•Build the diaspora community across the UK, US, Canada, and the Gulf — content, partnerships, chapters.
•Own the waitlist-to-first-subscription funnel: onboarding, education, KYC completion, first ticket.
•Run the press / accelerator / sector-watcher list and turn it into distribution.
•Shape the retail investor voice across the site, emails, and product copy.
What we're looking for
•5+ years in growth at a fintech, neobank, or community-led product.
•Real understanding of the Nigerian diaspora — you've either lived it or built for it.
•Bias toward organic, community, and content-led growth. Paid is a tool, not the strategy.
