Fee schedule
Our rule is simple: you should never discover a charge after the fact. Every cost that touches your money is written into the project term sheet you read before committing.
Pre-launch. Endeleo is not yet accepting investor capital. Exact percentages are set project by project and will be published in each term sheet. This page describes the structure of our charges, not final numbers.
For investors

How to read a project term sheet
- Find the indicative return, then the platform fee — the return is quoted net of it.
- Check the coupon frequency and maturity date so you know when cash comes back.
- Check custody and trustee costs, which are separate from the platform fee.
- Check the minimum raise: if it is not reached, subscriptions are returned.
