Endeleo is an infrastructure investment platform for Nigeria. We originate, appraise and structure infrastructure projects — energy, transport, housing, water, healthcare, education — and make them investable in small, clearly documented tickets instead of only to large institutions.

Our intent is a low retail minimum per project so ordinary Nigerians can participate, with larger tranches available to institutions through our institutional intake. Final minimums are set per project and disclosed in that project's term sheet before you commit.

Subscription cash is not intended to sit on Endeleo's balance sheet. We are structuring a trustee/escrow model with a licensed Nigerian custodian so project funds are ring-fenced from our operating capital. See the Trust Center for the full flow.

Each project is structured as a fixed-income style instrument with a defined coupon schedule and maturity. Coupons and principal flow back through the trustee into your Endeleo wallet, from which you can withdraw to your bank account.

No. Infrastructure projects can be delayed, underperform, or default, and you can lose money including your capital. Indicative rates are targets, not promises. Read the risk disclosures before committing to anything.

Identity verification, screening, and a source-of-funds review before any allocation is confirmed. Our KYC guide lists the exact documents to have ready.

Every charge is disclosed up front in our fee schedule. There are no charges for opening an account or joining the waitlist.

Treat every allocation as held to maturity. A secondary transfer facility is on our roadmap, but until it exists there is no guaranteed way to sell early, and liquidity should not be assumed.

Diaspora participation is a core part of why we are building Endeleo. Eligibility depends on the rules that apply where you live, and we will confirm supported countries when onboarding opens.

Sponsors submit through our project portal, then each project goes through appraisal, technical and financial review, legal structuring and governance sign-off. Our due diligence process explains each stage.
