Back the rails for Nigerian infrastructure capital.
Endeleo is building the platform that lets diaspora and domestic investors fund the roads, grids, and utilities Nigeria needs — under a trustee-custodied, transparent structure. This page is for institutional backers of the platform itself.
Institutional, DFI, family office, or accelerator
You want to back the company — pre-seed equity, DFI catalytic capital, or anchor participation in the pilot raise as an institution.
You want to invest through Endeleo
You're a diaspora or domestic investor looking to subscribe to projects like Lagos Solar directly. The pilot isn't open yet — join the waitlist to be notified first.
Why now
$25B+ diaspora remittance base
Nigerians abroad send home over $20B every year, most into consumption. Endeleo redirects a slice into productive, yield-bearing infrastructure.
Chronic infrastructure gap
Nigeria's infrastructure deficit is estimated in the hundreds of billions of USD. Federal and state balance sheets alone cannot close it — private capital must.
Regulated retail rails maturing
Nigerian securities regulation is opening up to retail-accessible, digitally distributed instruments — the window to build the category leader is now.
What we're building
A two-sided marketplace: a retail investor platform (app.endeleo.online) and a sponsor origination workspace (submit.endeleo.online) — both wrapped in a trustee/escrow structure so investor cash never sits on Endeleo's balance sheet.
Retail & diaspora investors
KYC-verified accounts, fractional subscriptions, wallet, portfolio, and quarterly reporting. Card and crypto rails to serve investors across 40+ countries.
Sponsors & project developers
Federal, state, and corporate sponsors submit projects into a structured origination pipeline: diligence, SPV setup, term-sheet, and offering.
Trustee-custodied cash flows
Investor subscriptions flow into a segregated trustee/escrow account with a licensed Nigerian custodian, not to Endeleo directly.
Compliance-first product
KYC/AML, PEP/sanctions screening, concentration limits, and audit logging built in from day one — not bolted on after launch.
Where we are
Endeleo is pre-launch. Below is a directional snapshot of build progress. We share deeper metrics — pipeline value, MoUs, waitlist growth, unit economics — in the investor room after an intro call.
Endeleo is pre-launch and does not yet hold a securities licence or SEC registration. See our Trust Center and Risk Disclosures.
Team & advisors
Founded by Enitan Adesina. We're actively building the founding team, with priority on a technical co-founder with capital markets background, and assembling an advisory board across infrastructure finance, Nigerian securities law, and platform engineering.
For accelerators, VCs, and DFIs
Endeleo is an infrastructure-fintech play with regulatory, deal origination, and distribution moats. If you back African fintech, embedded capital markets, or diaspora financial rails, we'd like to talk.
- What stage are you?
- Pre-launch. Product is live for demo; capital onboarding blocked on structuring and regulatory milestones.
- What are you raising?
- Pre-seed round to close the structuring milestones, complete the founding team, and run the pilot. Detailed use of funds shared in the 2-pager.
- Use of funds
- Roughly split across (1) regulatory & trustee structuring, (2) founding engineering + origination hires, (3) pilot go-to-market including diaspora activation, and (4) 12 months of runway. Precise split in the 2-pager.
- Business model
- Origination and subscription fees on each project (0.5–1.5%), with optional secondary-market fees at maturity. Fees scale with GMV on the platform — not a per-user SaaS curve.
- Unit economics framing
- LTV is driven by average ticket × subscription frequency × platform take-rate. CAC is dominated by diaspora community activation, which we believe is materially cheaper than paid neobank-style acquisition. Full model in the data room after intro call.
- Moat
- Trustee-custodied structure + sponsor origination pipeline + diaspora distribution — hard for a pure-play fintech or a pure-play sponsor to replicate alone.
- Regulatory posture
- Structuring under Nigerian securities frameworks with licensed trustee/custodian partners. Not yet licensed; no offering will be made outside formal documents. See Trust Center.
- Comparables
- Closest reference points: infrastructure-crowdfunding platforms in emerging markets, retail bond distributors, and diaspora-remittance-adjacent fintechs — but no direct like-for-like at this thesis in Nigeria.
This page is maintained by Endeleo. It is not an offer to sell securities and is not investment advice. Any offering will be made only through formal documents to eligible, verified investors, in jurisdictions where such offering is permitted.
