Trust Center

Built for capital that expects answers.

This page is maintained by Endeleo to answer common questions from investors, sponsors, advisors, and partners about how the platform is being built. It reflects our current practices and intent — it is not an independent certification, audit report, or regulatory approval.

Pre-launch status. Endeleo is not yet accepting investor capital. The controls, partners, and processes below describe how we are structuring the platform before onboarding begins.

Regulatory posture

We are actively structuring the platform with counsel and intend to operate under applicable Nigerian frameworks before onboarding investor capital. We do not currently hold, nor do we claim, any securities licence or SEC registration.

Custody model

Investor funds will not sit on Endeleo's balance sheet. We are structuring a trustee/escrow model with a licensed Nigerian custodian bank so subscription cash is ring-fenced from operating capital.

KYC & AML

Every investor must complete identity verification, PEP/sanctions screening, and source-of-funds review before any allocation is confirmed. We follow risk-based AML procedures modelled on Nigerian NFIU and FATF guidance.

Platform security

Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored data, role-based access to admin systems, and audit logging of sensitive actions. Managed infrastructure on hardened cloud providers, not self-hosted.

Access control

Two-factor authentication is available for every investor account. Admin access is limited to named individuals with logged, reviewable actions.

Data protection

We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. We collect the minimum data required to onboard investors and operate the platform, and we do not sell personal data.

How your subscription will flow

  1. You commit an amount to a specific project and complete KYC.
  2. Funds are transferred into a segregated trustee/escrow account — not to Endeleo directly.
  3. If the project reaches its minimum raise, funds are released to the project SPV under governance controls; if it does not, funds are returned.
  4. Coupons and principal repayments flow back through the trustee to your Endeleo wallet.

Shared responsibility

Security is a shared responsibility. Endeleo protects platform infrastructure, custody flows, and identity checks. Investors are responsible for keeping their credentials safe, enabling two-factor authentication, and only accessing Endeleo through official URLs (endeleo.online, app.endeleo.online, submit.endeleo.online).

What we do not claim

  • We do not claim SEC registration, a Nigerian securities licence, or any regulatory approval that we have not yet obtained.
  • We do not guarantee returns, principal, or timing of distributions.
  • We do not hold third-party certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS). When we obtain any, we will list them here with the issuing body and date.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please email security@endeleo.online. We ask researchers to give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure.
