Our origination team sources deals through state development agencies, multilateral partners and vetted operators. Every project goes through a 5-step review covering legal structure, risk, audit and impact.
What protects my capital?+
Funds sit in a ring-fenced SPV with an independent trustee. Most projects offer senior or mezzanine debt positions with quarterly distributions and a defined cash waterfall.
Can I diversify across multiple projects?+
Yes — most investors hold 4 to 7 projects across sectors. A built-in portfolio view shows your weighted return, sector mix and projected payouts.
What if a project underperforms?+
Each project has a reserve account, performance bond or minimum revenue guarantee from the counterparty. We disclose worst-case scenarios in every prospectus.
Are returns guaranteed?+
No investment is risk-free. Target returns reflect contractual coupons backed by the SPV's cash flows, but actual returns can vary. We publish full risk factors per deal.
