A 50MW solar farm providing clean energy to 100,000+ homes and businesses.
A utility-scale 50MW photovoltaic farm sited on 120 hectares of leased land in Ibeju-Lekki. Power will be sold via a 20-year PPA to the Lagos State Electricity Board, with a take-or-pay clause backed by sovereign guarantee. Investors will hold senior debt in the project SPV with quarterly cash distributions once the subscription opens.

How will my capital be secured?+
Once the raise opens, funds will be held in a ring-fenced SPV with an independent trustee. Investors will hold a senior debt position with first claim on project cash flows.
When will payouts start?+
First quarterly distribution is targeted within 90 days of the commercial operation date, currently scheduled for Q1 2027.
Will I be able to exit early?+
A secondary marketplace is planned 12 months after the raise closes, subject to KYC-verified buyers and trustee approval.
