Funds are held in a ring-fenced SPV with an independent trustee. You hold a senior debt position with first claim on project cash flows.

First quarterly distribution is scheduled within 90 days of commercial operation date (currently Q1 2027).

A secondary marketplace will be available 12 months after the raise closes, subject to KYC-verified buyers.
